1. Downloadable videos
2. Streaming videos

Refund / Cancellation for Downloadable videos

we don’t encourage and refund on downloadable content as, total videos and material will be download to users

so we request users to through with our demo videos before making any order

Refund / Cancellation for Streaming videos

If a video course you purchased is not what you were expecting, you can place a refund request, within 24 hours of your purchase of the course.

and should satisfy the below conditions to get a refund

• The cancellation is requested within 24 hours of the purchase of the online course.
• Not more than 20% of video sessions have been watched.
• No provided material along with the video course has been downloaded..

At our discretion, if we believe you are abusing our cancellation/refund policy, we reserve the right to ban your account and restrict all future use of our Services.
